The Commercial and Corporate Department undertakes matters of commercial drafting and syndication of agreements including joint ventures, financial and commercial advice to diverse clients including financial institutions, credit institutions, manufacturing companies and private developers.

This department provides legal services on corporate issues, banking and financial arrangements, securities.
The department is headed by Mrs. Sande Ligunya and deputized by Mr. Justus Wabuko.
