The Conveyancing Department undertakes individual securitization of documents for individual clientele and for corporate clients.
Conveyancing involves the process of transferring ownership of a property from a seller to a buyer.
This area of practice in the firm covers:
- Preparation of securities and giving legal advice and opinions to various entities and other bodies involving mortgages, leases, transfers, charges and development of programs relating to civil construction.
- Drafting of security documentation such as debentures, charges, mortgages, chattel mortgages, and guarantees for banking institutions and corporations as well as private developers and individuals.
- Securing proprietorship rights and interests in matters covering real property transactions from banking institutions, individual and corporate bodies.
