Mrs. Marceline Sande Okumu – Ligunya, is the Founder and Principal Partner of the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Masters in Law at Strathmore University.

She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has practiced for a period of more than 15 years. Throughout her practice, she has proven herself as a brave and distinguished female advocate with an indepth expertise in constitutional law wherein she has successfully argued important matters seeking recognition and enforcement of fundamental human rights and won recognition and accolades from various international organizations.

Toward a more socially conscious and people needs driven practice, this outstanding practitioner, has spearheaded and championed the evolution of a legal regime and system geared towards protection of the constitutional rights of people recognized by various institutions.

She equally boasts of a wealth of experience in Commercial Civil, family & Criminal Litigation and a classical and innate knowledge and skills in Conveyancing and securitization of documents. To this end she is a member of the International Criminal Court of The Hague, FIDA, International Commission Of Jurists (ICJ).
